On Friday, January 31, resident TY Gutter opened his latest exhibition Convenient Freeze in a crowded Buurtkamer. The exhibition features a series of handmade soft relief sculptures with embroidered smiling faces. However, a smile is not always what it seems at first glance. 

Created in the summer of 2024, this work is influenced by global and local developments. The exhibition is open until April 25, during office hours at the Buurtkamer.
