All kinds of (social) resident initiatives can go to the Neighborhood Room.

The programming starts on March 30, 2023. There is a pre-set for the programming. You can complete the rest yourself together with neighbors.

The following will be organized in the near future:

• last Thursday of the month: Meet Up with people who make Oostenburg a dynamic and lively neighborhood: architects, entrepreneurs, local residents.
• monthly lunch concert with local musicians.
• story evenings: residents of the Eastern Islands tell their story about the neighborhood. Some of the stories are set to music. This will lead to a large Story and Song Festival at the festive opening of Oostenburg Noord and in the context of Amsterdam’s 750th anniversary in 2025.
