On February 4, ten residents from the Eastern Islands gathered at the Buurtkamer for the first session of De Buurtverbinder. 

“What information would you like to have when moving here?” This question kicked off the session, led by Gerbina, a neighborhood worker from Dock. Participants took a moment to reflect.
💭 “What’s in that big INIT building?”
💭 “Where can I find a sports or book club?” 

A booklet about Oostenburg was particularly appreciated by a newcomer. While the exact form of De Buurtverbinder is still evolving, an enthusiastic working group has been set up to map out interesting places in and for the community.
